Bloodborne Pathogen-Exposure Control Plan
The District will comply with the Montana Safety Act and adopted rules and standards dealing with occupational exposure to bloodborne pathogens (§ 50-71-101, MCA, and ARM 24.30.102, Part 1910.1030) to prevent spread of bloodborne pathogens and other potentially infectious materials in the workplace. The District has developed a written exposure control plan designed to protect employees from possible infection caused by bloodborne pathogens, including but not limited to Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) and Hepatitis B Virus (HBV).
