Evaluation of Staff

Collectively Bargained Employees

Those employees covered by a collective bargaining agreement will be evaluated according to the terms stated in the current applicable collective bargaining agreement.

Non-Collectively Bargained Employees

All non-collectively bargained employees will be evaluated once annually. The supervisor will provide a copy of the completed evaluation to the staff member and provide an opportunity to discuss the evaluation. The original evaluation should be signed by the staff member and filed with the human resources/personnel manager. If the staff member refuses to sign the evaluation, the supervisor should note the refusal and submit the evaluation to the Superintendent. The Superintendent or designee will establish evaluation forms and procedures.
