Welcome aboard! The Butte School District takes pride in transporting our students and only employs bus drivers who are Certified Montana School Bus Drivers. To obtain this certification, he/she has to possess a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a passenger endorsement and “S” endorsement, pass a drug test, earn a first-aid certificate, and spend a period of time driving with an experienced driver. Many of our drivers have been driving a school bus for more than twenty years in this district. Safety is our number one goal and this starts with our Bus Drivers.
