Welcome to Hillcrest Elementary School!

We are dedicated to providing all students and families with an exceptional educational experience, one that combines high-quality instruction, a positive social environment, and open communication. Our incredible staff is committed to supporting every student while helping to build contributing, productive citizens of Butte.

It is with great pleasure that I begin another year as principal in this amazing community. Prior to Hillcrest, I taught for three years at the Butte High Career Center, ten years in elementary education, and served one year as principal at Emerson. I truly love working with elementary students, their energy, humor, and excitement are what make each day so rewarding.

When I’m not at school, I enjoy spending time with my family. I genuinely love what I do and take great pride in working alongside our students, staff, and families.
