Influenza Tips

Butte has been hit hard by the INfluenza virus this year. we have had some confirmed cases at Emerson. Those students should not return to school until their full dose of medicine has been taken, adn they are fever free for 24 hours. Our nurses would like to recommend some ways to decrease your chances of contracting Influenza.

1. Get vaccinated if possible.
2. Clean hands regularly with soap and water or cleanse with an alcohol-based sanitizer.
3. Avoid touching eyes, nose, or mouth.
