Message from the principal

Welcome to Emerson Elementary School. We are committed to providing all students and families with the best educational experience while providing quality instruction, a positive social experience and open communication. We have an incredible staff that supports students and works to build contributing and productive citizens of Butte. 

It is with great pleasure that I begin my first year with this amazing community. Prior to Emerson, I taught for three years at the Butte High Career Center and ten years in elementary school. I truly love elementary school students. Their energy, humor and excitement are the reasons I enjoy coming to work every day. When I am not at school, I love spending time with my family.
