Any person, including an adult, who behaves in an unsportsmanlike manner during an athletic or co-curricular event, may be ejected from the event the person is attending and/or denied admission to school events for up to a year, after a District review panel hearing. Examples of unsportsmanlike conduct include, but are not limited to:
- using vulgar or obscene language;
- possessing or being under the influence of any alcoholic beverage or illegal substance;
- possessing a weapon;
- fighting or otherwise striking or threatening another person;
- failing to obey the instructions of a security officer or school district employee; and

The Superintendent may deny future admission to any person by delivering or mailing a notice, sent by certified mail with return receipt requested, containing:
- A description of the unsportsmanlike conduct;
- The proposed time period that admission to school events will be denied.
Persons denied admission to athletic or co-curricular events may appeal to the School Board. A written appeal must be submitted to the Board within fifteen (15) days of receiving notification. Upon receipt of a written appeal of the decision of the review panel, the matter may be placed on the agenda of the Board for consideration within forty-five (45) days of receipt of the written appeal. A decision shall be made and reported in writing to all parties within thirty (30) days of that meeting.
