Following are the Schedules for the Student Packet Pickup

Student Packet Pickup Schedule

Grades: K-6 All Elementary Schools

• Day: Beginning Tuesday, April 21, 2020
• Time: 11:00am-1:00pm and 5:30pm-6:30pm

Packet distribution is in the student drop off area at each school. Watch for signs.

EAST MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENT PACKET PICKUP SCHEDULE

TWO-WEEK SCHEDULE

All student assignments are available using email or TEAMS. Students can access their email accounts at classlink.bsd1.org. Once in Class Link, students should click on Office 365 followed by clicking on Outlook. On-line textbooks can also be located at this site as well. New assignments will be distributed via electronic means every two weeks.

Paper packets will also be provided every two weeks to those students who have no access to internet or who prefer the paper packet. The packets will be distributed via mail every other Tuesday. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact East Middle School at 533-2600

Parents/Students are asked to return completed paper packets to East Middle School. Containers for returned materials are located outside at the front entrance of the school. To keep all of our community safe we ask that you adhere to the 6 feet social distancing order and note that the CDC is recommending that we wear cloth face masks when out in public settings.

Weekly Schedule

All student assignments will be emailed to each student's district email account. Emails will be sent Wednesday morning as teachers will be preparing assignments Monday and Tuesday.

Students can access their email accounts at classlink.bsd1.org. Once in Class Link, students should click on Office 365 followed by clicking on Outlook. Many of the student's on-line textbooks are located at this site as well.

For those students who do not have internet access please call Butte High School at 533-2200 to make alternative arrangements for assignments. Thank you

Paper Packets will be delivered to students every Wednesday between 9AM- 2PM
Parents/Students are asked to return completed material the following Tuesday or Wednesday between 9AM-2PM. A container for returned materials is located outside the main door.
