Work Plan for Week of March 23-March 27 of School Closure

Governor Bullock has directed Montana’s Public K-12 schools to close from March 16 through March 27, 2020. The District has no option and must comply with the Governor’s directive as it relates to no students in the facilities.

The District is currently on Spring Break until March 23, but would then request your services in spite of the school closure to prepare and distribute grab ‘n go bags for our students who qualify for the program.

You should not report to work on March 23 if you are:

  1. Experiencing cough, fever or shortness of breath;
  2. Immunocompromised or have multiple serious medical issues;
  3. Quarantined because of exposure to an individual who has tested positive for COVID-19;
  4. Quarantined because of recent travel.

If you are unable to report to work on March 23 through March 27, make sure to enter your absence into Aesop, selecting the COVID-19 drop down as the reason for absence. Employees will not be charged accrued leave during the school closure.

Otherwise, Food Service Employees, if willing and able, should report to work on Monday, March 23. Kurt Marthaller will contact you with the site and time you are to report.

You will be paid for your regularly scheduled hours per day. Overtime has not been approved.

Reminder: Timesheets for the April 3rd payday are to be submitted by March 25, 2020.

The District will provide information regarding work schedules for March 30 and thereafter when available.

We appreciate your help in continuing to serve our students during this difficult time.
