Work Plan for Week of March 23 - March 27 of School Closure

Governor Bullock has directed Montana’s Public K-12 schools to close from March 16 through March 27, 2020. The District is on Spring Break until March 23, so the Governor’s directive will have no effect on you until March 23, 2020, when spring break ends. The District has no choice but to close schools through March 27, 2020, so the District will not be running buses through March 27, and you will not be required or expected to report to work until after March 27, 2020.

The District has the funding and has opted to try to mitigate COVID-19’s immediate effect on its employees, so you will be paid for your regularly scheduled hours per day for the period March 23 through March 27. The District will address your work schedule for March 30 and beyond as more information becomes available.

Reminder: Timesheets for the April 3rd payday are to be submitted by March 25, 2020. Enter your time for the period Monday, March 23 through Friday, March 27 into Aesop, selecting the COVID-19 drop down as the reason for your absence.
