Dear West Elementary Parents, Students, and School Community,
As we come to the close of a successful school year, I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to each and every one of you.
To the students – thank you for your hard work, curiosity, and kindness. Thank you for welcoming me into your West Elementary community. You’ve grown so much this year, not just academically, but as thoughtful and compassionate individuals. Watching your progress has been a joy and a privilege.
To our parents and families – your support, encouragement, and partnership have made a world of difference. Whether you helped with homework, attended school events, or simply cheered from the sidelines, your involvement has been essential to our school’s success. Thank you for making my first year as a principal such an easy transition.
To our dedicated teachers and staff – thank you for your unwavering commitment to our students. Your passion, creativity, and resilience have created a learning environment where every child can thrive. I am honored to work with each of you, and I look forward to our years of continuing greatness.
To our entire school community – thank you for welcoming me with open arms this year, and thank you for coming together to make West a place where everyone feels safe, supported, and inspired. Your collaboration and community spirit have truly made this year special.
As we look ahead to the summer, I hope everyone finds time to rest, recharge, and enjoy time with family and friends. I am already looking forward to the new school year, and I am excited for all the opportunities this will bring.
Wishing you a wonderful and safe summer break!
Sincerely,
Eric Zahler
