Butte School District to update community on $35M Bond Proposal
Butte School District Superintendent Judy Jonart, District Administrators, local parents, community spokespeople and SMA Architects will host an informational public meeting on September 27 at 6:00 pm in East Middle School’s Auditorium.
The informational meeting will cover the condition of the District’s K-8 Schools, educate taxpayers on the household tax impact of the proposed bond, and cover the proposed upgrades and renovations to all six Elementary Schools and East Middle School.
Reporters are encouraged to follow coverage of this election and attend public meetings.
Absentee ballots will be mailed out October 12 and must be returned by November 6 or filled out in person on Election Day on November 6.
