The GOAL of the R.O.C.K.I.E.S. Project is to establish and operate 5 community learning centers that provide a school-based, safe, drug-free, supervised after-school program. These programs which emphasize core academic subject and age-appropriate recreational activities will enable K-6 age students to meet or exceed local and state standards. The entire program is available to all students enrolled at Emerson, Kennedy, Margaret Leary, West and Whittier Schools.
