Chair Yoga  - Chair Yoga is a great way for older adults to get the wonderful health benefits of yoga.  Staying seated means that even frail seniors or those who aren't flexible can safely do the exercises. Wellness/Creative Force - An Energy Routine (5-minute "tune -up ~ Meridian Brushing ~ Chakra Balancing), EFT (Tapping); material from Abraham-Hicks: basically, materials that hold the promise of guidance or ideas to improve the quality of your life and the lives of those with whom you share this planet.  There will be related topics/authors of interest: e.g. Louise Hay, Joe Dispenz, Brian Gym authors, DVDs featuring various contributors.
